Quality Policy of the Institute of Power Engineering, Research Institute, Gdańsk Division
In order to ensure full and absolute satisfaction of every Client and each interested party with the quality of the products and services offered by the Division, and taking into account the context and strategic direction of the organisation’s operations, the Top Management of the Division develops the quality policy and communicates it to the Division Employees. The policy assumptions are as follows:
a) providing the Client with studies, equipment, and services of the highest achievable technical and substantive level, in accordance with the state-of-the-art and most effective methods available, in compliance with the requirements of the law and the national and international technical standards, so as to satisfy the current and anticipated requirements of the Client and the interested parties;
b) cooperating with the Client based on the principle of mutual respect and trust, built on acting objectively and reliably;
c) keeping full confidentiality of the Client’s trade secret;
d) taking effort to steadily improve the quality of services provided by the Division, while keeping the prices attractive to the Clients;
e) following the principles of impartiality, professional fairness, and ethics in the conducted research and implementation projects;
f) offering the Client devices / services not deviating from the quality standards adopted in the European Union;
g) continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Implementation of the quality policy consists in identification of the quality-related objectives and their gradual attainment. The objectives enable measuring (improving, perfecting) the effectiveness of the action taken, and set the framework for the effort pursued to improve the Quality Management System.
