The Quality Management System (QMS) is a tool that helps demonstrate to Clients that the Division is a reliable, competent partner capable of solving the problems they face.
The Division's QMS guarantees that our Clients receive studies, expert opinions, devices and services that consistently meet their expectations and represent the highest scientific and technological standards. Validation of the devices we manufacture minimises the risk of failures and downtime, thereby reducing the Client's operating costs.
In 2026, a decision was made to consolidate the Division's PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 certificates under the same certification body. As a result, on 12 May 2026, PCC-CERT Group Sp. z o.o. assumed supervision of the ISO 9001 system. Consequently, the previous certificate No. J-368/10/2024, issued by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification S.A., was replaced by certificate No. PW-20105-26, confirming the QMS's compliance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. The current certificate remains valid until 20 July 2027.
The Division's QMS certificate covers research and development, including analytical and expert works, design and manufacture of automation systems and devices, data processing and transmission for power systems and industry applications.
The Division's QMS complies with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015.

This year, it is planned to implement and certify another system compliant with the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023, concerning information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection (ISMS - Information Security Management System, or SZBI - System Zarządzania Bezpieczeństwem Informacji).
Since July 2026, activities have also been underway to extend the Integrated Management System (IMS) with another certification, this time for compliance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 45001:2024, concerning occupational health and safety (OHS, or BHP) management systems.
