The Institute of Power Engineering, Gdańsk Division offers the development of a model of an energy cluster control system in the technical aspect.The development may include models of individual power system elements that are part of the cluster, such as distributed RES, energy storage systems, vehicle charging stations, adjustable loads, etc. After proper configuration and parametrisation (in accordance with the physical structure of the examined cluster), the model will enable testing and verification of the correct operation of algorithms and methods for controlling the power cluster network and its impact on the operation of the distribution system operator's (DSO) network to which it is connected.

The developed model can facilitate parametrisation and testing of cluster resource control systems that operate based on the existing algorithms and automation systems. In particular, it will enable verification and assessment of automation systems while disconnecting and connecting the cluster network to the DSO network. In addition, the model will allow for testing and verification of new technical solutions for conformity to applicable regulations.
